Booking Policy & Terms

Additional Guests

No persons other than those quoted for and booked are permitted to share the accommodation provided.

Smoking Policy

Please note that all our rooms are non-smoking. You may smoke at the garden benches provided in the gardens. Cigarette stumps must be disposed off on in the ash-trays provided at the gardens benches.

Transfers and other Activities

We do not provide shuttle services in-house. However, if you do require shuttle services we will make a recommendation at your request.

Payment Methods

Internet transfers (EFT) and cash are accepted. Banking details will be provided with the invoice for payment details. We have a credit and debit card swiping facility at our reception.

Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required to secure a booking. The balance is payable within 24 hours of being invoiced; alternatively 7 days before arrival. Payment may be required urgently to secure urgent bookings. Bookings are only secured if payment is made in accordance with the policy.

Parking

Only one secure parking per unit is available. Residence only.

Noise

We are surrounded by residential buildings and therefore no noise is tolerated. As we are situated on a main road in the suburb, you may expect minimum traffic noise.

Breakages

Breakages are charged against the deposit held. If such deposit is exhausted, then you will be held liable for such further damage.

Key Deposit

A Cash Key Deposit of $30 must be paid per unit booked. This is refunded within 2 days of departure. If such deposit is exhausted, then the invoiced client will be held liable for such further damage.

Child Policy

Children are allowed in our units. The responsibility of children remains with the adults with whom they are booked-in. Hibiscus Apartments takes no responsibility for the welfare of children booked-in.

Rate Policies & Structure

Please note that our rates are subject to change, without notice. Should you require rates in a foreign currency, kindly contact us for assistance.

Cancellations

Failure of the customer to arrive, or cancellations made 0 – 14 days prior to the agreed arrival date forfeit 100% of the deposit. Cancellations made 15 – 30 days prior to the agreed arrival date forfeit 50% of the deposit, cancellations made 31 – 59 days prior to the agreed arrival date, forfeit 25% of the deposit.. Early departure – no refund. This includes early departure that may be due natural causes or to your non-compliance with any of the Rules of the Apartments.

Cleaning Policy

We offer freshly cleaned linen and towels on arrival, and replace these on a weekly basis. We also provide daily general cleaning – Except Sundays and public holidays.

Pet Policy

No pets allowed.

Meals and Beverages

Hibiscus Apartments Fiji is self – catering and therefore no meals or beverages are served or provided.

Waiver

Executive Hotline Hibiscus Apartments and their staff accept no Liability whatsoever for any eventuality which may befall any person/s or their possessions whilst on our premises, engaging in any activity or en route to / from our premises nor for any travel arrangements, tours, late arrivals or departures assisted with, or booked via Executive Hotline Hibiscus Apartments Fiji.

Registration Guest Form

Registration – before you are given the keys to your booked Unit/s you will be required to complete a registration form and provide us with a copy of identity document/s or passport/s in respect of each guest booked. By confirming your reservation, you agree to the above.
